FreedomIQ System Overview
Main Menu: caller will hear a custom message.
"Hello and thank you for calling Acme Inc. If you know your party's extension, you may dial it at any time. You may also press '8' for a list of extensions or '#' for 'Dial by Name'..."

If the Main Menu detects a fax tone, it will send the fax to the default mailbox. The fax can then be delivered to email, checked online, or delivered to a fax machine.

Depending on your business needs, the Main Menu can present the caller with many options.

Caller directs their call by pressing a key.
Assigning your mailbox extensions.
Mailboxes 80-85 can be easily accessed by pressing single digits, so they are usually assigned to departments (e.g. "Sales" or "Accounting"). Mailboxes for individuals are usually 800+.
A call can be forwarded to any phone in the world. If the call is not answered, it can either be forwarded to another number, or be sent to voicemail. Check your messages online, by phone, or have them emailed to you.
